Here at Columbia Gorge Family Medicine, we’re here – in the clinic, after hours, and in the hospital – to care for your whole family, at every stage of life.
We have been providing quality medical care to families in the Columbia River Gorge for nearly 30 years. Our skilled doctors and practitioners take pride in developing long-lasting relationships with you and the ones you love most so that we can provide the highest quality healthcare for everyone in your family.
Update: Starting Monday, December 7th, we’re upgrading our electronic medical record system. This will improve the patient portal, making it easier to communicate with us electronically. However over the next few weeks as we adjust, please be patient as scheduling, check-in, and rooming procedures may take a little longer. Thank you in advance for understanding!
Mental Health Support: This is a very tough time of year. You can receive mental and emotion support on Safe + Strong or you can call the Safe + Strong Helpline at 1-800-923-HELP (4357). The line offers free, 24-7 emotional support and resource referral not only to those experiencing a mental health crisis, but also to anyone who needs it.
CORONAVIRUS OPERATIONAL UPDATES:
We hope you and your family are staying safe. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Our priority is patient, employee and community safety, and thus we’ve been forced to change our hours of operation and the types of services we will be able to provide:
How to see a doctor: To follow social distancing guidelines, most of our appointments are now by video, using Zoom, although we continue to see patients in person when the situation requires it. If you need an appointment, please call our office, (541) 386-5070, and we can assess what’s best for you.
How we conduct televisits: Whenever possible, we are trying to switch appointments to video (telehealth) or telephone visits to limit in-person interactions. Most insurances are covering telehealth and telephone visits. We are using Zoom video conferencing software for our video (telehealth) visits. At the time of your visit you will be provided with a meeting ID number and a medical assistant will help guide you through the process. You will need to have a smartphone or computer with video capacity, to have a video visit. If you are not sure, please call us, and we will help you to proceed with a regular telephone visit or a video visit, or an in-person visit if that is more appropriate. You may go to zoom.us, if you would like to preview the software. Our goal is to address your health needs and questions in a convenient, safe and effective manner.
To stay up-to-date, please call us at 541-386-5070, or visit this website or our Facebook page. We will be posting updates there.
